Job description

  • Coverage needed for:
  • 10/9 - 10/12
  • 10/30 - 11/9
  • 11/13 - 11/16
  • 12/11 - 12/14
  • 12/18 - 12/21
  • 12/31 - 1/4/27
  • 7AM - 7AM call and inpatient coverage
  • Call Schedule: 24 hour call coverage
  • Patient Population : Adult % vs Ped % : 100% Adult
  • Setting: Inpatient or Outpatient: Hospital ER call coverage
  • Number of Urologists onsite: 2
  • Lab and X-Ray Onsite: Yes
  • Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 2
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 6 to 8 weeks, if no red flags can credential quicker if needed
  • Requirements: Board certified or board eligible, WV license, BLS, ACLS
