Job description

  • 10/1/2026; ongoing. Earlier start possible if privileges granted.
  • Schedule type: Clinic + call.
  • Shifts: Mon-Thu, 7:00am-5:00pm (4x10s); clinic closed 12-1pm for unpaid lunch.
  • Call: Weeknight beeper 1-2 nights/week (established clinic patients); shared 24 hour weekend beeper call (large pool; infrequent).
  • Patient volume: 11 encounters per shift.
  • Call pool: 15-20 oncology providers.
  • Beds in department: 17
  • Epic EMR
  • 15 RNs, 5 APPs, 6+ office staff
  • Certifications: WA license or IMLC, DEA, BC, Fellowship preferred, BLS
  • Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 60-90 days.
  • No temporary privileges
