- Outpatient scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)
- Local providers only (must already reside in the immediate Salisbury area)
Licenses & Certifications Required- Board Certified (NP or PA)
- Active North Carolina License
- Active North Carolina DEA
- BLS Certification
- NCCPA Certification (PA) or Family NP Certification (NP)
- Minimum 12 months of Urgent Care experience
- Experience treating both adults and pediatric patients (6 months+)
- New graduates will not be considered
Preferred
- DOT Certification
- ACLS
- PALS
Practice Details- Outpatient, walk-in urgent care
- No call responsibilities
- Sole provider coverage
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume setting
- Average 40-45 patients per shift (up to 60 patients/day depending on site)
- Treat adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and older)
- Perform urgent care procedures including:
- Laceration repair
- Ear irrigation
- Minor office procedures
- Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, Patient Services Associate, and off-site supervising physician
- EMR: Epic (modified training provided)
