Job description

  • Job Description: 80% Clinical, 20% Admin then 70% Clinical and 30% Admin
  • Patient Population: Geriatrics Ages 65+
  • PPD: 18-21 PPD
  • Credentialing: 30-90 Days
  • Background and Certifications required:
    • Candidates must be BC or BE in IM or FM - must be certified before employment
    • Must have unrestricted MO license, or willing to get a MO license and relocate
  • Support: Full office staff and midlevels
  • Medical Director experience required
