Job Responsibilities
- Assess, prepare, and manage patients for anesthesia care in the preoperative/procedural period
- Develop and implement an anesthetic plan
- Perform history and physical exams
- Obtain informed consent and perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative assessments
- Proficient in General, Regional, Spinal, and Epidural Anesthesia, as well as Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
- Experience with invasive monitoring and placement (CVP/CVC, intra-arterial lines)
- Expert airway management
Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of experience as a CRNA
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Excellent references needed
- Familiarity with a 2:1 or 3:1 medical direction CRNA/anesthesiologist ratio
Working Hours
- Shift Hours Considered: 10-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 7:00 PM) or 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM start on Thursdays)
- No call requirement
