JOB REQUIREMENTS • Active Indiana License or IMLC
• Cardiac Fellowship Trained preferred
• BC/BE
• BLS Required
• ACLS if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Procedure Logs (12 months)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide cardiac anesthesia services
• Cover inpatient cardiac call
• Perform advanced anesthesia procedures
• Document in Epic
