Clinical Role
Join an established anesthesia team in Northampton, Massachusetts, providing locums CRNA coverage in a collaborative hospital setting. This opportunity offers a medically directed care model, a diverse surgical case mix, and the ability to work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Two to three 10-hour shifts per week
- Full 40-hour weeks available on occasion

- Medically directed anesthesia model
- 1:3 supervision ratio

- Eight anesthesiologists
- Four CRNAs
- 1:3 supervision model
Procedures & Case Mix:
- General surgery
- Plastics
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Endoscopy
Facility Details:
- Six operating rooms
- Two to three endoscopy suites
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Perform anesthesia procedures safely and efficiently
- Manage patients throughout the perioperative process
- Document anesthesia care in EPIC
Support & Technology
EMR System:
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certification required
- Active Massachusetts Medical License required
- BLS Certification required
- DEA required
- Minimum one year of CRNA experience required
Credentialing
- Approximately 90-day credentialing timeframe
