Job description

  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Dates/Schedule:
    • Start ASAC (120 days)
    • Shift: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
    • Call will be from 3 pm - 8:30 pm Mon-Fri
    • Weekend call will be 7 am - 3:30 Sat/Sun/Holidays
    • Case Mix: Ortho, TEE, Endo. NO OB. No neuro, Pain, plastics, Thoracic, Vascular or Pulmonary
    • Specific skills are required: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks. CRNA needs to be able to perform all blocks
    • Trauma Level: Level 3. 154 beds
    • # of Surgical Cases /year: 4,320 annual. Gen (625), Cardiac (35), Ortho (1,400), Gyn (200), Ophthalmology (75), Gastro (700), Podiatry (70), Urology (75), ENT (500) Oral/Maxillofacial (70)
    • # of OR's: Weekdays- 4. Weekends- 1.
    • Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
    • Active License: Preferred
    • Credentialing Time Frame: Avg 60 -90 days
    • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLSThe Independence Difference:
