- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Looking for provider's who can commit to 24-hr shifts only right now (6:30 am - 7 am). This will be for 1 shift per week, most likely on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Case Mix: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB preferred but not required
- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised, 1:5
- # of OR's: 12
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
- Active PA License: Required upon submission
