- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Start Date - 9/21/26 for 3-6 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of Monday-Friday, 5x8's. No weekends, nights, or call required for this position.
- Case Mix: General, GYN, Ortho, Regional, Urology, Podiatry, GI, and some ENT.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Independent CRNA model - 3-4 CRNA's on daily
- # of OR's: 5 OR's with approx 2,000 cases per year and 150-200 deliveries per year
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days
- Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Active CO License: Required to present
