- Guaranteed base salary around $190,000 plus production incentives (typical additional earnings of $15,000-$25,000+)
- Flexible schedule averaging 4 days per week
- Shared 1:6 call, which is very light and almost always handled by phone
- Bread-and-butter general dentistry with ramp-up time provided
