This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule:

Coverage Dates: 7/20-7/24

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Setting: Clinic

Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygienists: 1

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days

Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
