Outpatient primary care position for Family Medicine physicians
100% office-based primary care in Ellington, Connecticut
Team-based, coordinated care model with strong clinical support
Modern EMR, Ambient AI, and digital tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient-centered care
Schedule & Call
Full-time weekday schedule
4-day work week option with a 4/10 hybrid schedule " ask for details
No inpatient responsibilities
Phone call only, infrequent: approximately 1:3 weeks
