Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Employed OB/GYN position with a physician-led, not-for-profit hospital led by an OB/GYN CEO
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice with access to Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery
- Collaborative team of 13 OB/GYNs, 16 Certified Nurse Midwives, a Women s Health NP, and a women s health psychologist
- 24/7 OB hospitalists manage unassigned patients and Cesarean sections
- 1:10 call rotation with 24-hour call blocks
- 4.5-day clinic schedule plus a dedicated operating room day
- Dedicated Labor & Delivery unit with multiple operating rooms
- $200 million, 128-bed Children s Hospital featuring a Level III NICU with neonatology and NNP coverage
- New $43 million Pediatric Surgery Center opening in 2028
- Participation in an OB/GYN Residency and Midwife Fellowship Program
