St. Joseph s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our established Radiation Oncology, Cancer Center & Blood Institute team. This role offers complex, rewarding Hem/Onc care within a physician-friendly practice model that supports both professional fulfillment and work/life balance, as well as the opportunity to teach.

With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones, have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey.
About the position:
- Low call volume infrequent hospital visits (
- Call Schedule: 1 weekend/month and 1 3 weekday evening call shifts (4:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m.)
- Care Model: Dedicated RN support for each provider (all clinical staff are RNs; no MAs); physician and NP follow the same patient panel together
- Team: 2 Hem/Onc Physicians and 2 NPs
- Schedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 hours admin (flexible)
- Clinic Hours: 8a 4:30p M F
- Dedicated phone triage nurse takes majority of first calls
- Expected mature patient volume: 15+ /day; follow-up visits 30m /new 1h
- EMR: Mosaiq
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Recruitment package may include:
- Compensation: Base salary starts at $535,000 or better + wRVU production incentive OR pure production
