We're seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established tribal health clinic serving an appreciative patient population in beautiful Northern California.

Position Highlights
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch
- No call
- No after-hours responsibilities
- Outpatient primary care
- Supportive multidisciplinary team
- Immediate need
- Preference to see all ages
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care and wellness visits
- Manage chronic disease
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Maintain timely electronic documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active California license required
- Active California DEA required
- Ability to care for patients of all ages preferred
- Tribal or Indian Health Service experience preferred
- Strong communication and team-based care skills
- Passion for serving rural and underserved communities
