A growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for its outpatient primary care team. Multiple clinic locations are available in the Los Angeles area, including South Gate. This suits a physician who values continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.
Position Highlights
- $270,000-$325,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
- Provide prenatal and postpartum care within your scope of practice and training
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Active California medical license
- Current BLS certification. PALS preferred
