Position Highlights:

- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical coverage with optional call
- Call Schedule: Approximately 1 night of call per week and 1 weekend per month (negotiable)

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Perform inpatient rounding and emergency department consults
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of cardiovascular conditions
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures, including:
- Cardiac catheterizations
- Coronary interventions
- STEMI management
- Pacemaker procedures
- EKG interpretation
- Echocardiography
- Weekend call includes morning patient rounds and STEMI call coverage.

EMR:
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Active DEA required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Active Missouri and Illinois medical licenses required (licensing assistance is not available)
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges with required procedural documentation
Privileging Requirements:
Candidates must provide procedure logs demonstrating experience with:
- Cardiac stress echocardiograms
- Exercise stress tests
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Nuclear stress testing
- Interventional cardiology procedures required for hospital privileges
