Director of Laboratory / Lab Director / Director of Laboratory Services in Oahu, Hawaii

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Laboratory Director to join our team in Oahu. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be licensed as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS) in Hawaii or eligible to obtain the license promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• MT/MLS ASCP certification
• 3 years of hospital-based experience
• 5 years of management/director-level experience or above
• Willingness to travel to various hospitals on Oahu, Kona, and Molokai

This is not a purely administrative role; the Director will also be expected to assist in laboratory procedures when required.
