TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens nocturnist coverage for an established Neurosurgery team at a Level I Trauma Center in Greenville, North Carolina. This inpatient-only opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced neurosurgical team in a high-acuity academic medical center.

Orientation: Providers will need to arrive the day before their first scheduled shift for orientation.

Clinical Responsibilities
Perform inpatient admissions
Complete neurosurgical consultations
Manage overnight inpatient care
Coordinate patient care with the neurosurgery team
Overnight discharges may occur but are uncommon
Optional operating room first assist opportunities
Requirements
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
Experience in Neurosurgery, Trauma, Critical Care, or a related surgical specialty preferred
