Pay & Benefits: - Competitive annual salary range: $515,000 to $800,000 (plus wRVU bonus, sign-on, relocation, productivity bonuses)

What You ll Do: - Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse referral base with minimal competition
- Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in outpatient clinics
- Perform surgeries across multiple surgical locations, including advanced robotic procedures
- Collaborate with onsite audiology and multi-specialty teams such as allergy, endocrinology, neurosurgery
- Participate in inpatient care with a team of advanced practice providers and hospitalists
- Take backup call only while APPs handle primary call duties
- Engage in teaching opportunities for medical students and trainees (optional)
- Contribute to a collegial, flexible work environment that values wellness and physician autonomy
What You Need: - Current board certification in Otolaryngology
- Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills in ENT
- Strong communication and collaborative abilities
- Key skills: patient management, surgical procedures, interdisciplinary collaboration
