No in house call for APPs.
Beeper call only, ending at 11pm.
Physicians cover all overnight call.
Two APPs scheduled daily to hold the beeper.
Likely first call / second call system (not finalized).
If an APP chooses to stay onsite until 11pm, they still receive:
Beeper stipend
Callback pay
Weekend Call
12 hour shifts (7a 7p).
$400 stipend for 12 hour beeper call.
2 3 APPs scheduled (first, second, third call).
Must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital.
Primary site assigned based on preference.
Sign On Bonus
$100,000 for a 3 year commitment.
Standard payout: within 30 days of start date.
Possible (not advertised):
50% at signing / 50% at start for special cases.
CALLBACK PAY
2 hour minimum for any call in.
If work exceeds 4 hours 4 hour guarantee.
