Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No call
- Full-time preferred
- Providers able to cover two weeks per month will also be considered
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Neuromuscular Fellowship preferred
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Ability to obtain hospital credentials
- Case logs required during credentialing
