We are seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our compassionate and mission-driven team at a leading FQHC in Atlanta. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and ongoing therapeutic care
- Collaborate with integrated care teams, including primary care and social services
- Support individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use)
- Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care
Qualifications:- Active Georgia APRN license with PMHNP certification
- DEA license and prescriptive authority in Georgia
- Experience in community mental health or integrated care preferred
- Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations
