Schedule & Coverage Position Overview This state-of-the-art community hospital serves an underserved adult population in the Los Angeles area. The patient population is generally ASA 3 and above, primarily Spanish-speaking, and requires skilled anesthesia care. CRNAs work in a care team model with a physician partner 1:1; only one CRNA is on per shift.
Patient & Case Mix Patient Population: Adults only, mostly high-acuity/ASA 3+
Primary Focus: OB anesthesia
Other Cases: GI, GYN, Neurology, IR, Bread-and-Butter anesthesia
Average Cases per Shift: 5 6, with 2 3 epidurals/C-sections per day
CRNAs manage pre-op assessments and workups for their own patients

Requirements Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
Active California CRNA license
