Highlights of the Opportunity:
- Hiring for FT and PT positions. Full-time obligation is 176 shifts per year.
- NO CALL required
- Staffing model planned is 45+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo, ECT.
- Average anesthesia volume 65,000 cases annually.
- CRNAs can experience a diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, GI/Endo, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB, Oncology, Orthopedics, Vascular, Level II Trauma, and much more.

- $210K+ starting base salary and up based on experience.

- Premium pay calculation if a clinician works past the scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if a clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.

Required Qualifications:
• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia (DNP or DNAP) accredited by AANA.
• APRN state of Florida licensure, active and in good standing.
• NBCRNA certification
• Active BLS/PALS/ACLS certification from American Heart Association
