What You ll Do - Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures
- Assess patient health history and prepare anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients vital signs during procedures and adjust anesthesia accordingly
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document anesthesia care in compliance with hospital protocols
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
- Support post-anesthetic recovery and patient care transitions
What You Need - Current CRNA license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of X years of anesthesia experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- BLS and ACLS certifications (if required)
