Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures
  • Assess patient health history and prepare anesthesia plans
  • Monitor patients vital signs during procedures and adjust anesthesia accordingly
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Document anesthesia care in compliance with hospital protocols
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards
  • Support post-anesthetic recovery and patient care transitions

What You Need
  • Current CRNA license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum of X years of anesthesia experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (if required)
