CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix with heavy OB noted
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope
General surgery
Orthopedics with spine heavy case mix noted
Urology
Ophthalmology
OB and GYN
ENT
Podiatry
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted
Incentives and Selling Points
Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
