About the Position
A well-established, rapidly expanding pediatric-focused dental practice in the Greater Memphis area is seeking a dedicated and energetic provider to join its team. This opportunity is based in Germantown, Tennessee just outside of Memphis and offers the chance to work in a thriving, high-demand environment supported by a larger, multi-state dental organization known for providing strong operational infrastructure, marketing support, and long-term growth opportunities for its providers.
This specific location is a modern, kid-focused practice designed to create a fun, comfortable experience for young patients while delivering high-quality clinical care. The team emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and a positive culture, making it an ideal setting for both experienced pediatric dentists and general dentists who are passionate about treating children. The provider will serve as a solo or primary clinician, so confidence in independent decision-making and comprehensive patient care is important.
Location: Germantown, Tennessee (Greater Memphis Area)
Schedule: 3 4 weekdays per week (full-time)
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a U.S.-accredited pediatric residency program (preferred)
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to candidates requiring relocation and/or licensure

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation structure with a guaranteed daily rate during ramp-up or percentage of collections

- Pediatric Dentist: $1,000 $1,600+
- General Dentist (treating children): $800 $1,000
